![]() Is it normal to be told : I'll change the initial drawing & get back to you in a day or 2 , then after 4 days try & contact someone & it still takes days for them to respond.
Just curious , I know they're probably busy but I'm willing to spend thousands of $ with them & not feeling too confident with the company so far. |

![]() I'd say communication is probably Concept's biggest weakness/flaw. It's annoying as a customer. Call him instead of emailing him.
