Is it normal to be told : I'll change the initial drawing & get back to you in a day or 2 , then after 4 days try & contact someone & it still takes days for them to respond.
Just curious , I know they're probably busy but I'm willing to spend thousands of $ with them & not feeling too confident with the company so far.

I'd say communication is probably Concept's biggest weakness/flaw. It's annoying as a customer. Call him instead of emailing him.

No long distance phone plan . $.50 a minute . I'm trying to text back & forth . Talked once.

Delta aquatics makes them also. I've had basic ones built by them before. Not sure if they would do anything more adventurous?

Thousands on a tank but you feel paying long distance to actually talk to someone is to much ? Im confused
