Well if the floor lets go, tank cracks, I bet it would be pretty close, plus the basement is partially developed.....could be a gooder!

It hit 41.9C on the deck yesterday and 91% humidity. I felt like a melting snowman. Now the house is 80% humidity - time to pull out the dehumidifier! I don't think the floors like 80% humidity...
