![]() So I'm currently thinking about switching from T5 over to halides. Was wondering peoples opinions on how many I should run over a 6ft tank. is 2 enough? Is 3 to much? Input would be appreciated.

![]() Nice choice on going halides! I've run two lamps spaced equally over the tank and right now I'm only running one in a Hamilton Bali sun pendant right now. Using 400w plusrite 20k lamp which actually colours up to 14k halide. Very crisp white blue colour, bulbs can be ordered online
