Got some sort of eel once. Really cool, but never saw it again after the first sighting

I've heard of everything from corals, fish and even an octopus once coming in on fresh shipments of live rock, unfortunately I've only been lucky enough to discover a couple pistol shrimp, pest crabs and a few mantis shrimp.
