If it's the little DC jack style the outside sleeve is the negative lead and inside is positive. Not sure what the output from the adapter is, 12, 24V? Adjust the multimeter to the range that is closest to that, plug it in and measure if it's outputting anything.

Can you switch the controller to the other pump to test it? If the power supply powers the other pump then that's not the issue, so pump or controller. Switching controller will narrow it down between the two.

Well, im getting constant readings from the power supply, and after the controller, so im confident its the pump itself. Switched my known good pump to power supply and controller in question, and it worked fine. New pump it is!

Does anyone have a pump body that they dont use due to controller/power supply failure?
