![]() tank at sundown
![]() Picked up some really nice colonies today from fellow canreefer globaldesigns, awsome guy, superb deal on his tank shutdown. These are now the largest pieces in my tank and also the largest pieces i have transported...about 5 or so gallons of water for the monster monti colony and acro colony topper...... Well despite the passenger seat getting totally soaked on the way home all went well. Until i got rear ended...... funny Rick and I were just talking about how ill be fine as long as I dont rear end anyone. About 5 blocks from my house some guy wasnt paying attention and bumps me at the stop sign, no damage, just a fender bender, old truck who cares...But..the Colony rolled ( like 12x 10x 12 size ) in the 20 gal tub and a few of the nice monti shelves broke off...super bummed...The guy felt bad for my truck, lol i was checking the coral while he was checking the vehicles. Priorities... oh well it'll grow back. Anyway finally got home and got them in the tank...more pics tomorrow.. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

![]() switched up my gyres, I turned one horizontal.. so one is vertical and the other horozontal both on the same end running in opposite directions.. i want to post a video of the coral snow to show the flow of water i think this change was well needed! sps seems a little happier. Anyone else running 2 gyres on one end? the flow is kind of like a 3d figure 8..
