Frozen food thawed- Help

Freezing it does not kill bacteria just puts them into a dormant stage the only reason we have been tought not to refreeze things is texture and the fish don't care

Ever seen that documentary about the rotting whail on the sea Flore and all the fish eating it past the 4 month mark

I left fish food out in a container till it dried still fed it and all was well
