magnifica anemone Deflated... HELP?

my nems also tend to deflate a bit after a feeding before they poop. But like Mitch said if you have had it for 3 years you should know its tendency's fairly well by now. Start checking parameters if you are worried . Do you have anything hosting in it ?

But I have never seen my amemone does this, do have some shrimps but they never get anywhere close to it.

It looks fine to me, it seems weird to me that you haven't seen it deflated in 3 years.

I agree, mine does this sometimes (usually to poop lol) its pretty normal. These are sensitive to abrupt changes, especially in salinity, but it should recover.
