Default Egg-bound blackskirt tetra

I think one of my tetras may be egg-bound. Has anyone treated this? Any good reference sites for freshwater I could peruse for info? I want to help her out. Or is this something that can fix itself in most cases?

usaly the will die from being egg bound. I lost 3 danio's this way. there is some way to strip the eggs but most of the time the fish die anyways.

the best thing to do would be to get rid of the stress that is causing it to be egg bound. is there another type of fish around that would eat the eggs as soon as they are cast? Although there are several reasons for this I found this to be one of the more frequent ones.

Hmmm. Not good news, is it.

Tankmates are: 3 blackskirt tetras, 2 clown loaches, 2 bristlenose plecs, 1 butterfly loach (aka UFO plec).

They've been together several years.
