![]() I seem to recall there was someone last year who sold their house that came with a tank but they wrote it into the contract that the tank was to be sold with the house.

![]() I put my house for sale about 5 years ago. My real estate agent advised me to take it out of the house, as a large majority of people are not equipt to handle a fish tank setup. And he thought they would ask to have it removed or offer a lower price, for the hassle of dealing with its removal. I had a 300 built into the wall. Ended up having to remove the windows downstairs to get it out. Although the next problem I faced was then once it was removed, and with all the electrical remaining, people were worried that the house was used as a grow opp! My agent had to have pictures of the tank and build on hand to show.

If it's a seller's market, you may get away with it still being in there. If it's a buyer's market, you better remove it.
