I'm hoping for heavy rains so fresh coho can come up the Cap River and I can fish for them.

But I think only MH is used in home aquaria and hydroponics. Xenon and regular Mecury vapor for example would not be suitable for those applications. So "what is HID" would be too broad of a question for the clue.
