Your neighbor has power?! I'll go knock on their door for you... I've been thinking for 1/2hr how to help, all I can think of is my fj cruiser has a 110v plug in the back but I need it for work at 6 am.
Walmart cap mall is open and most likely has an inverter I can lend you a large freshly charged marine battery if you need one, I'll pm you my number
