I'm running my Speedwave 2640 on one of these:

19V so max output from the pump is less than 2640 gph but I don't need that much anyhow so all is good.

Update...
RLSS sent me new controllers for all my pumps, even though 2 were still brand new in the box. Quite a bit of difference.

Not that I know of. I had one fail (the only one in use and a stink was risen ) so they replaced them all as requested.
