how to put off buying new plyers because yours are rusted shut

I old and close mine under running water for a few minutes and they move like new. Too bad the blades are crazy dull now though. Had to do some wiring recently and I swear scissors would have worked better!

I just used CLR!!!

I just did that on two sets. Sat them in a bowl for a while. They come back to life!

Neat idea though.

A) never said they were I'd said they were there plyers lol
B) I spent 7dolers 47 cents if u want I can bring my receet to the swap Lol
C)no but low quality metal plus saltwater = rust

CLR and any thing that works for me costs more mony and I'm cheep this was free

drop of olive oil on the hinge. Works great, reef safe. Been using the same cutters now for 20 years. And, if I ever eat them, they'll taste good and provide lots of iron.
