I believe it is an Aqua Medic unit. It takes 4x 39w bulbs. Comes with 8 used misc bulbs. Both ballasts had to be replaced so the new ones only have a years use on them. 72" long by 7.5" wide. Asking for $80 obo.

Works great to accent your T5's or MH on a 6' tank. Or provide some decent light for a FO.
