![]() Here are a couple pics from today. I think it's safe to say they are trained to the feeding dish!
![]() I'm going to try to make a video of them this week sometime so you guys can see what happens at feeding time. They are a riot! ![]() ![]() Last edited by Myka; 03-09-2014 at 08:40 PM. |

![]() Evil. Your pics are making it so tempting to start a new seahorse species tank. Evil, but cute

I've attempted a couple times to add my homemade frozen mash, but they aren't interested (no surprise). The mash I have now has Spirulina in it though, so it is green and it actually looks a lot like seahorse poop, so I'm going to try making some mash without Spirulina to see if I can entice them. I'm not holding much faith, but who knows. They really look at the food before snicking it, so I think it may be tough to get them to snick something that isn't shrimp shaped. Quote:

![]() wow amazing I love seahorses.
I have the same ones and they are doing great, over a year now. I cant get them to eat anything other than frozen Mysis. But I have fed them live small fresh water shrimp and they go crazy for them although I would not recommend it as it introduces all sorts of unknown's to the tank. |

![]() Have you tried Plankton and small Krill? Mine will eat anything that is shrimp-shaped.
