So far it's a good size, looks like this this morning not aure if this is it trying to close itself but in the folds ic dan can kinda see the mouth still open I think.

It's perfectly normal for it to fold up that way. It's one of the reasons a nickname for it is a saddleback anemone. Don't worry too much about it, as long as your tank is in good condition it will find where it wants to be. It is pretty much a centerpiece for your aquarium so expect to have to adjust and build around it vs. forcing it to be where you want.
