bristle worm? But it hasn't really moved. I took the pic on Sunday and as of last night it was in the same spot.

That is not a bristle worm by any means. I have hundreds of those all over my rocks. Harmless.

+1. Unless they're covering the inside of any small space you have to put your hand in at any point. Feels like putting your hand down a cheese grater.
