IMO the MP40wES would be perfect for you.
People have one of two issues with these pumps. Too much flow, or too much noise. If you run a MP40 at about 60% though … they're almost silent. Its when you use short pulse and crank the pump up that they become loud. Running these pumps at 50% is easier on the motor, more desirable flow level, and they are much quieter than if you max them out.
