![]() Anyhow, I know lots of you are very familiar with car mechanics and I found something out (even while test driving the car). There's an squeaking sound coming from the rear right side around the wheel. Its sounds like when you leave the trunk open and drive. No shaking while driving or mishandle. The noise gets prominent while on bumpy roads. So today, I gave some strong shaking and found the source of the noise. Its behind the right rear wheel (called axle or something?). Didn't want to spend money on mechanic if its not an issue (heard that its probably due to winter). Anyone got any idea? Here's a pic for reference: ![]()

![]() seeing as you are not mechanically inclined, and had to look up the name spindle, (nothing wrong with that, just saying) make sure you get a few estimates on any work, and take some one who is familiar with dealing with shops and such so you don't get taken to the cleaners. I would say to look for grease nipples in that area and grease it up and see if the noise goes away, but if you looking at new bushings and such and can't do it your self it could get expensive. and imports are usually more expensive to fix than domestics.
