I toss small pellets in twice a day. Supplement with mysis a couple times per week. If I'm standing around the tank, I might toss in some extra pellets. One of them jumps a lot. Might just be a weird fish.

Don't bother getting any male, all the females will eventually turn into males and then the war the begins. 8 out 10 fish morphed into males within a year and i bought them small 2".

Brad is right feed pellets twice a day and meat 2-3 times a week.
And female well turn into males, if no males are there.
