A) they don't contain nicotine, They also have crummy juice... With the boutique stuff you can adjust how much it hits your throat to the amount of smoke generated.. Also you can adjust the amount of nicotine and flavour

I bought the no-nico ones from london drugs. I think its called smokers NV or something. Canadian made. Bad experience
