Yeah they are IP based cameras. Is there any specific module I need to do this?

I don't think so. You just link the cameras address to the apex

there is a screen on the dashboard of the Apex homepage that is designed for IP cameras. You can edit the screen and enter in the IP link to the webcam, it's generally quite simple.
