We haven't played with the 100mm lens much yet. All the pictures on our website were taken with a Canon T3i and 60mm EF-S macro lens. It was a great lens to work with because we could nice and close to the subject while taking the pics.

With the 100mm lens, we will need to extend the tripod much higher but that wont be a problem this time around because our tanks are not as tall anymore.

All our coral beds are filled with water and one of them is currently holding all our corals. Its going to take some time to get the systems stable to produce good coloration but it will be worth the wait. You know that they say... "you cant rush perfection".

It's christmas in September here @ Canada Corals!!!

We received a few shipments of dry-goods, Deltec skimmers for our LPS and SPS system and AquaUV equipment for our fish system.

Deltec SC2560

AquaUV Ultima Filter II, 800watt UV Sterilizer, 5hp Tsunami pump (16,500 GPH)

All the aluminum is cut and drilled for the fish wall. We are now at the stage of putting the beams together. We are expecting delivery on all our glass for the fish tanks next week. We are also building the tanks from scratch. Then plumbing begins.

That's the plan.

Our goal is to design and maintain the cleanest fish system possible.

Fish health is our main priority.

Very soon!!!

We have a major electrical project that we are in the middle of so the tanks have a spaghetti of wiring all over the place.

We are also working out the details to get our hands on the GHL Mitra's that have been officially delivered to Michael @ Aqua Digital.

Todays project was to design and cut all the aluminum needed for our 300g in-wall display tank from 45x45 profile Bosch t-slot.

Our in-store display tank has taken the back burner due to all the other projects we are working on but weekends are slower to recharge our batteries so this is considered slow/relaxing work.

Our long awaited shipment of GHL Mitras 6200's have arrived!

We will be using 24 lights over our coral beds and got a few extra for sale.

We got 3 lights mounted. Here is a teaser pic!
