Our Mods ( and Canreef ) deserve better ...

I haven't communicated with any mod other than Brad and every time, he solved whatever issue I had, with great support. Hats off to him and also to the other mod since I am sure they also work very hard voluntarily and I really appreciate it.

I would come forth and apologize if my certain comment was rude but I didn't write it with such intention; it was purely a humor. But I did understand that it didn't came out right so I am sorry

Lately, I have noticed some "things" that have been bothering canreef which were not in the hands of the mods but one way or the other, it ended up on their shoulder. Maybe that's why some comments got diverted to them.

Anyhow, I am terribly sorry and I really appreciate all the works that the mods do to keep canreef going like canreef

I have to say, the mods here do an amazing job! Its been hard lately watching the Canreef community appear "down" on things at the forum, including the mods and the job they are doing. I think we should all be sentenced to spending a day on the "other" large Canadian reefing forum so that we know how good we got it!

Brad, Tony, Christy do a great job with this site & for volunteers to take time out of there lives to be play ground supervisors they need to be commended & thanked.

Modding is a sometimes stressful and tiring duty, and so my hats off to the mods who help keep our Canreef running smoothly.

I've been in their shoes and it can be stressful and unforgiving and it is a volunteer position but we also have to remember this board has been around for over a dozen years and to have the same people in it modding and admining the board for that many years takes dedication and dare I say a certain amount of love to do what they have done.

This is one of the premiere boards on the net for info and I didn't come here to buy and sell I came to learn and that is what I have done. I. If you wanna bitch moan and whine by all means please join RC, Nano-reef, AA. You will be in nirvana then people go there to name call, whine and moan because they know mods and admins will not do much there.

The admins and mods have my full support on Canreef I will stand behind them all the way

It is nice to see long term moderators.

The mannerism and tone of this forum is a direct result of the great patience and discipline of these moderators.
Moderating, as with any position of authority, requires a thick skin and here they can be dealing with people from all walks of life.

Criticism can be a good thing too, if it leads to positive and innovative changes, so sometimes shortcomings need to be brought to the forefront.
