That is a piece of 1/2 styrofoam that will be replaced with a full 8' sheet when I pull the sump out to install the baffles.

It has been a challenge, I was going to use some 1" flex hose instead of all the 45* elbows but when I realized I was able to hard pipe it I was much happier with the out come.

Coming alone nicely though, the plumbing sure looks pretty.
The more valves the more control, I can cut the flow off in many areas for servicing the pumps or the check valves. Once everything is glued and straightened it will look just the way I have in-visioned it.

Oooo, sexy! Curious what your thoughts are on the internal pump...thinking of eventually upgrading mine and trying to decide on features.

The way they got this beast built I think it will kick ass, impeller has a needle wheel & the whole thing comes apart real easy for cleaning. I should have taken pic of it apart but I was excited to see it assembled.

Found some really neat flexible LED strips at Peavey Mart & thought they would be really cool to shed some light on my sump. Oh ya and I got my top trim cut, painted & installed on top of the tank.
