It's been a long four months since I tore down the 120 and I have to admit... It was the best way ( for me) to eradicate the flatworms and to be certain they will not come back. Today is a special day ( besides being Father's Day) as once again, the 120 is being filled with water again.
I've made some changes... 1)Two new light stands bolted behind the tank ( thanks, Jon! Awesome job on them! ). Each stand will be supporting a Mitras 2) dropped the mp40 and mp60 for two Tunzes. 3) I've filled the bottom with sand 4) eliminated a lot of rocks and to go with more of a simple and open concept look. I am still making more new water for the tank tonight so it won't be fully up and running until tomorrow however, I was able to snap a few pics to share... Hope to share some better pics in a day or two... Tank is still cloudy from the sand. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
