Dell used to be excellent, I was very pleased when I bought my first system from them.

Gradually over the years their service and product went downhill.

I can see how buying local and in person would be better, especially if the components are the same.

I sent Dell an e-mail about my concerns, surprise surprise they have not bothered to answer it.
