Sorry I should clarify, I'm looking for someone to build and install at my house in St Albert, a 300-350 gallon reef system, would like a drilled system.
I don't mind whether it's glass or acrylic, would like the following though
Tank
Plumbing
ATO
Stand
Sump pump
Sump
Lights hanging

That's it really.

Or if anyone can suggest someone who builds/installs in Edmonton/st Albert that I can contact.

I have already been "duped" once so I am looking for someone who has a great reputation.

Red Coral 780-378-0076 and AI 780-483-7027 also do custom tank builds. I would phone around to all 3 stores and compare prices.

100%
I have already been "bitten" very hard and just conculded an action to get my money refunded that took 3 months, in the mean time I have fish living in a 90 that I would rather see in a 300-350.

I am looking for a company, not a private fish keeper, so I have warranty and some come back in the future, also I have another project that I am currently working on that will be a 2000 gallon shark tank (i have looked at Big Al's, its not quite 2000, but still a nice tank) I want to do both projects with the same aquarium builder/installer.

So food for thought

Call Aquarium Illusions, they do custom tanks and will do installations as well. If an on-site build is required that can also be arranged.

Dont look at the big als tank. It has had problems in the past. Leaks. etc. Really wanna c this tank come to life. 2000 gallons is a swimming pool!

My engineers and plumbers are going to see the Big ALS tank in the next few days to start looking at viability studies, we have sourced 2 15 inch black reef tip sharks, that will set up home with a moray eels and some "colourful fishes" looking at some angels (large) and some triggers to fill in the spaces.

Heard the sump and filtration is a little on the bogus side, so looking at a 300-400 gallon tank that I fill fill with various sponges and sock filters, I will change them out weekly, also going to fill o tank filling system, by adding a 100 gallon salt mixing station, I should be able to pump clean water straight into the tank and the sump discharge excess water into the drain, if this works I can in theory do 100 gallons a week, weigh the salt, fill the 100 gallons RODI and turn on a power head to mix it up, then just turn on a tap to start the "water change" and refill the mixing station when it's emptied.

Quick question - would it help if I filled some of the sump with live rock and a generous cuc ? I really want to keep the water clean, especially with the sharks in the tank.
