T5's add a ton on heat!
Hey everyone!
I just finished upgrading my led fixture with 2 54w t5's, and the first thing I noticed was the huge amount of heat they put out! In a matter of 3 hours they brought the room temp up 7 degrees. Anyone else run into this with t5's? |

Not the tank temp. It's the room temperature.

Weird
That's weird 7 degrees seems too much. I'd be worried about it in the summer months. Where did u get the fixture what kind is it?

Yeah I figured they were running a little to warm. It's a sunlight supply fixture.
