For my seahorse fry raising I use clamp on light fixture from Home Depot with spiral compact bulbs in them.
The ones I have are similar to this: http://www.homedepot.ca/product/aluminum-reflector-brooder-clamp-light-150-10-1-2-inch/969081 You can buy them with or without reflector.
