Red Deer blue damsel free or trade

I need to move this guy, about 3-4". He's getting picked on.

I have him in my FOWLR tank, and my other damsel is putting the boots to him. I'd like to trade him off for some chaeto or another fish of the more aggressive type.

Time is of the essence, so I'm not willing to hold him for anyone. Thanks.
