I'm running carbon, gfo on dual reactors and bio pellets in phosban reactor all plumbed from my return line. I had cyano bloom and hair algae after I introduced the pellets. Now the pellets are stablished with bacteria that cyano and hair algae are now almost 80% gone and improving growth/color on some all of my sps. I also dose coral snow from zeovit.

I run all 3 without issue

Setup: 180G DT, 105G Refuge (approx. 300lbs LR, 150lbs Aragonite)
Hardware: Super Reef Octopus SSS-3000, Tunze ATO, Mag 18 return, 2x MP40W, 2X Koralia 4's Wavemaker
Lighting: 5ft Hamilton Belize Sun (2x250W MH, 2X80W T5HO)
Type of Aquarium: mixed reef (SPS & LPS) with fish
Dosing: Mg, Ca, Alk

Sounds good! What kind of GFO is worth looking at ?
