cant upload pictures,wont come out clear enough.
whitish groupings attached to rock with semi clear tubes showing from some clusters,almost fuzy white clusters but as i mentioned some tubes with opening.
should i be concerned as i have no idea what this would be

I've got pockets of these white sponges. might be what you have they seem to be common.

I'd say it's sponges harmless filter feeders
