It looks like a zoanthid to me. I could be wrong tho. Hopefully experts and ZoaElites chime in.

I'm no expert but they look like the Mohawk palys that I had years ago. Wouldn't mind getting some again now that I don't have any angels

The skirt has a pink fluorescence but thats about it.
