Default Noise reduction on Overflow

Hello,

Need some suggestion, i just upgraded to a 120 gallon with a sump system and i realized the overflow where the water falls is so noise and my wife is not happy with it. Should i put some small pieces of live rock or bio ball in there to reduce the noise??

Sounds like you need a standpipe. Paint us a picture of your setup, either with words or images.
