I;m currently in the pursuit of a good efficient and cheap sump light and I am thinking of purchasing this unit from Ikea...

It has a color and intensity controller, 4 strips and it costs $39.99.... anyone have any experience with these? and is 2700k warm white enough for cheato?

just look for the wattage or the lumen output. A few watts like the jbj will grow some. But if you really wanna get some nutrient export done i would try something man sized

I use a 70 watt LED on my fuge and it grows like mad (it is also the proper spectrum for algae growth).
