I usually create a custom coupon code that gives free shipping. That saves the person from doing the group-buy from collecting payments.

Once the order reaches $400 it qualifies for free shipping and a date for delivery is set.

Well I looked at the web site and there is not really a lot there other than ricordia and SPS and since I don't think my skill level is up to SPS I probably won't join.
