Martin, just curious, is this the rail made of steel or aluminum? With the open hole what prevents it from rusting on the inside (if it is made of steel)? Do you have plugs for these holes? Is it powder coated or painted?

Its made from steel. We have not had any rust issues on the inside with any of our hanging systems. They are spray painted. You could always add a little more paint to any area you feel may be exposed to water.

Im new here , but is it just more or are those prices out of this world ?

we are talking spray painted 1 inch tube , 2 bends and etc ,

For that price i would want stainless hardware and powder coated at least

Just my opinion

The tube doesn't bend itself and the pieces don't weld themselves either, there is some work involved in making things like this.
