right now we go with a machined 1/4" notches for all tanks.

i have spoken with trevor on the phone and we are in the works of getting this resolved quickly for him.

in the mean time trevor just break off the current teeth you have this will allow you to finish up with your plumbing, i will have new acrylic out to you immediately

Hey guys....Well I certainly did like the look of the smaller gaps, I never even thought of this being a possible issue when I seen them after the tank was built. So I have broke off every second tooth and the drains flow flawlessly did my emergency drain test by closing the gate valve on the main and the unrestricted 1.5" drain is a BEAST!
