			 I had no issue with duty from ups on repair of my power bar the only issue was ups screwing up... Talk to Paul use twitter to voice a complaint and you should get a refund of he duty. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
			It's not Neptune systems fault it's ups trying to screw ppl over one mishap at a time. If you contact Paul I'm sure he will help you straighten it out

			 Ya I've sent a email to both Neptune and ups so see what they say and I know it not Neptune but it could be if they didn't put of the shipping papers that it was a warrintee return. 			 Its never duty with UPS or FEDEX...its always the brokerage free. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
	
		
		
	
	
	In this case you should not pay a cent. They should not have even put 1.00 in the value box. I know if I ship to the states there is a place I can check for warranty/repair and you can write that in the description. If this was done you wouldnt be paying. I would contact UPS and let them know the situation and demand them to reverse the charge.  |
