Live Rock for plumbing services?

My shower has sprung a leak and it's likely related to the hot and cold taps, and some parts needing to be replaced... Unfortunately I have the sort of landlord you don't actually want in your house...

Kindof a long shot, but I remember meeting a couple actual plumbers with aquariums over the years. I have about 50-60lbs of extra live rock I'd like to trade, its nice big stuff (only 4-5 peices I think?) though somewhat colorless as its been kept in a garbage can for about a month.

Ideally looking for straight trade? if you're not looking for rock, I might have softies I could part with or a modified euroreef skimmer or cube tank?

Someone has offered to come by tomorrow, so tentatively sold or whatever you would call it, but I'll update this when it's fixed.

Probably isn't much labor, I'm just not handy and not paying actual money would be good
