For SPS ?
I would go for an ATI sunpower 48" long with 8 or even 10 bulbs...
with good bulbs (ATI,KZ,Giesemann, UVL)

maybe ill add I dont run SPS, and I run 6 across. My carpet and clams seem very happy.
