Well, it would certainly serve as a good way to remind yourself about the folly of impulse purchases. A few moments contemplating it before each trip to the LFS could save you $$$$$ I am married, and I seriously doubt I would be allowed to display that anywhere in the house... assuming I even wanted to in the first place.

It seems no different than a butterfly collection. Just in this case fish. I don't see a problem with it.
