So they have me running around Vancouver/Burnaby meeting drivers. To me it seems they don't actually know where the package is... on the bright side they are communicating with me now.. ...

The local depot isn't any more help than the regular client care number

Sorry to report that the box is still MIA. They have asked that the shipper contact their tracking department to file a claim. I'll send Devin a PM now as well.

on the phone with UPS they said they found the box but chances of SPS making this long is slim. Going to try to file a claim lets see what happens.

This will be the last time I ship with UPS.

They said I need to wait for it to be delivered before they can do anything. Please let me know the moment it is delivered.

Frags were delivered a few minutes ago. Exterior box was wet. Contents were cold. Frags polyp-less . I have taken pictures in case you need them Devin, just let me know where to send them.

Figured as much, can you email me the photos you have my email. Going to try to get UPS to pay for them. It may take a bit for me to remake these frags.
