Ordering Livestock online?

I'm not in Ontario but I've ordered from Ken on his website

I get my items shipped out to me in Alberta and I've never had anything be DOA or not as I ordered. The only thing is his website stock list isn't always up to date so email him ahead and ask? Or I just submit an order and then he emails me and tells me if he doesn't have anything I wanted. I got my seahorses from him, along with corals and inverts. All were healthy!
