Consider searching for PVC or ABS flanges. Not sure you can buy acrylic ones, so you'll have to make it or pay a fabricator to do it for you. Also keyhole is over rated, the amount of times you really need to fill a reactor is minimal so taking the nuts or screws all the way out isn't a big deal.

Lots of people take advantage of PVC fittings, 6" PVC has OD of 6.625, you can get acrylic tube in that size and glue it into 6" fittings. You could consider 4" pipe as well which has 4.5" OD. Longer with smaller OD works better than shorter with large OD when it comes to Ca reactors.
