I'm going to go with the order is not happening or we would have had an update from Ken by now on when to expect our fish and a pick-up date. The thread is a month old! I've asked Pam and Taylor many times and Ken hasn't told them anything either, so I think it's safe to say it's not happening!! Maybe it's the weather....

Nothing new to update.
Talking with the supplier, and he will process the order when he get the stock in. Will keep everyone informed when I get NEW information |

no need to raise letters... just ask to be informed. the thread is over a month old, Just asking you as a store to keep us in the loop with where things are at.
