The valve is $50 at Red Coral and if you ask nicely he may have a bucket sitting around.
The bulkhead is about $8 or so then you'll need a $4 fitting from CanadianLoweDepot Not too costly but if you look really hard you can probably find an Osmolator for not much more, that's what I did but unfortunately I went with the float valve first

Yeah that was my float valve
I bought it at red coral in an emergency situation. Seriously tho. buy this http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s...D=tz-osmolator IT IS AMAZING I also got it for about half that off a local guy  and I DIDN'T HAVE TO DRILL OR SILICONE any buckets.
