Hi,

Natural water tends to contain trace elements and metals that the human being needs to be healthy. So, if you do drink exclusive DI water, then you'll need to find other ways to get those trace elements. I don't think there is any harm in drinking DI water, but I would not drink DI water during a hunger strike [img]smile.gif[/img]
